we need to migrate the data for a client who is using Lotus Notes base CRM,
to MS CRM. Please provide any information regarding the same. Are there any
tools available to do this?

Hi Sunil,

Microsoft does not have any tools out of the box to support this. Also I'm
not aware of any 3rd party addon to provide this functionality.

What you will need to be looking at, is how to get the data out of Lotus
Notes. You can either look at doing this on a database level or by talking to
the API. When you can talk to the api, then you can create your own import
application into MS CRM. Otherwise, if you go the database route, then you
can use ETL tools like SSIS to copy the data into the staging tables (CDF
tables) of the data migration manager.
