Missing Outlook Toolbar
Posted by Jairy on January 28th, 2004

Hello,

I have run into this issue on one of our PCs where the MS
CRM for Outlook toolbar was accidently deselected from the
list of toolbars. If you try to add it back, it is not
there to reselect in the list of possible toolbars. I was
wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and found
a way to resolve it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jairy

Someone referred me to article that I no longer have, but basically you need
to disable the COM Addin and re-load it. You can do that from the
Tools/Options/Other/Advanced or something like that in Outlook.

Thank You T!!!!

This worked. I went to Tools\Options\Other\Advanced
Options\COM Add Ins...

You can remove the add in and then add it back. It is
located in <Install Directory>\Microsoft
CRM\Client\bin\crmaddin.dll.
