Hi,

I had a situation on site where only one PC was unable to use SFO. The
config was XP with SP2, Outlook 2002. After much invetigation it turned out
to be the Microsoft Anti Spyware application beta1. I removed this from the
PC, re-added the toolbar and it was fine after that.

Does anyone else have experience with the MS anti spyware causing MS CRM
problems?

Mike, we've been using the Spyware beta and have had no issues with the SFO
client.

The disappearing toolbar is a well documented, oft discussed 'feature' of
the SFO client whether you are running anti-spyware software or not. Might
have just been a coincidence.
