- MS CRM 4.0 User Handbook available online

I am working on a User Handbook for CRM 4.0 and am beginning the second
draft. The handbook is available online at
http://www.redware.com/mscrm/handbook. Please take a look - it is fairly
comprehensive and should help you evaluate CRM 4.0. If you can give me
feedback before I finish the second draft it would be most appreciated.

The handbook will be available as a book on amazon.com in afew weeks time
and we have not decided yet whether to create a downloadable version. Our
plan is simply to update it on the web and let everybody look at it in
place.
