I am facing difficulty in creating a filter of my project
activities based on a specific "completion date only".

Standard filters/sorts create a mix of all activities.

I do NOT want to include activities that
were 'Started/completed', BUT ONLY all that were completed
by a specific date regardless of when they were started.

Can someone 'guide/share solution for' me on this problem?
