Has anybody managed to install MSCRM 1.0 Server and create users
successfully in the CRM Deployment Manager's User Manager on a Windows

Any help is desparately welcome.
Thanks,

Andy
many have tried and failed. The current release of crm ie version 1.0 is not
designed to run on server 2003. The next release 1.2 due later this year
will support server 2003

i got everything in the web part to work except the reports part. (would be
glad to hear if somebody has worked this out). e2k3 too.
there is a document on partnersource about changing the .net framework
version back to 1.1.
anyway don't use it in real production. i just made it cause we want to
migrate to 2003, and i don't want to install now the server with 2000 and
then re-install it when the new 1.2 release comes out.

Andy,
We have Microsoft eCRM (v1.0.3017.0) running on Windows
20003 Evaluation (Build 3718). We did not encounter any
problems during the installation. However, there are a few
strange issues with the Web intergration at the momment.
But that could be a lack of product knowledge on our part.
Regards,
Graham.
