- MSCRM 1.2 Crystal Reports Logon error

I have installed MS CRM 1.2 on our server. All CRM modules
are working fine except the Reports module.
When I click on any of the reports (by logging with admin
rights), I get the error message
"Crystal Reports Logon Error : Please verify that you have
enough licenses".
Has anybody else encountered this issue or found a
solution to this.

About the same thing is happening to me. I am just not able to install SFO
at all. Thanks in advance..

change Crystal services logon from system to administrator

Check whether you have all the services required for Crystal reports
running. Start->Programs->Crystal Enterprise9->Crystal Configuration
Manager->Crystal APS should be running
