- MSCRM 3.0 Web client displaying as Outlook Client
- Posted by Frank on January 24th, 2006
Installed MSCRM Outlook client Laptop edition on machine, this was then
removed through Add/Remove. MSCRM Outlook Desktop edition was then installed
on the machine & then also removed through Add/Remove. Now when log onto
mscrm web client on that machine Settings tab on bottom left does not appear
& under tool options shows synchronization option (even though both MSCRM
outlook client editions were removed & Outlook is closed).
Have manually removed MSCRM MSDE Database, Registry entries that still
existed after successful remove through Add/Remove.
Checked Outlook, COM Add-ins & MSCRM not there.
Any ideas how I can resolve this. It is machine specific as no issue on
another machine.
Thanks,
Frank.
