- MSCRM sales for outlook intration with outlook 2000..HELP!

I am trying to install "Sales fo Outlook" on client
boxes...
When install begins get the message that Office SP# and
hotfix must be installed before install can continue...
PROBLEM: sp3 and ALL updates/service packs/hotfixes have
been applied...
CRM CD does not recognize that everything has been
applied...so outlook intagration is not possible...has
ANYONE got mscrm TO WORK PROPERLY YET? SO FAR TWO WEEKS

Are you using the June 2003 outlook client?

I'm using the CRM V 1.0 that was shipped to as part of
the Action pack subscription. Create Date on the
setup.exe is may 2003. I am installing on clients
running Windows XP and Office 2000
