- MSCRM upgrade 1.2 to 3.0 Error

Hi
During our upgrade from 1.2 to 3.0 we recived the following Error:

Microsoft CRM Server Setup
---------------------------
Action Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Server.UpgradeCustomizationsAc tion failed.
This document already has a DocumentElement node.

Retry Cancel
---------------------------
Anyone know this Error message ? or a solution to it ?

You can get the contact info from Betaplace. This has the info you need on
setting your login password etc for that secured group.
