I am looking for a download to fit my needs. Maybe you can
help. We own a small trucking co. I need to be able to
enter fuel costs, maintenance, and repairs. Also pay
settlement amounts coming in. What program can I use for
these? Without getting a lot of other junk that I wont use.

Depending on your specific needs, a well-defined spreadsheet could handle
most of what you mention. Your firm's accounting software should handle
"settlement amounts" whatever those are. If the needs are more complex,
Access is a reasonably priced database program, and Access programmers are
fairly inexpensive.
