- .net passport?!?!@#?!

its things like this that makes me *loath* microsoft.....
I can no longer access CustomerSource, much less make an update to our
incident case because the site is having ".net passport"
problems,............
now why in the sweet hell do they need to use .net passport?!@#?!
I already have a login to get into CS, and now this?
So not only did I need a CS login, but a hotmail account as well, and then
after that I have to create a .net passport with a security key,......why
all the obscurity?
/grumble

There's one part of the MS site (not CRM) that says it will email some type
of Passport key so I can verify I am who I say I am, but no matter how many
times I request that email to be sent, I never receive it. . . so I can
never access that part of their site (event registration). Oh well.
