- New User - Sales Commission
- Posted by Jason Shah on February 23rd, 2008
I am a brand new user that is considering setting up Microsoft CRM for a
small insurance agency. What are the tools available in this product to set
up insurance agents and their respective commission rates? I would like to be
able to assign customers to an agent and then pull reports on the commissions
due to that agent. Please advise.

I have not seen any solutions that take CRM and verticalise it for the
insurance sector. In this case you will be planning this out from scratch.
Of course the upside is that if you get it running for one insurance agency
you may be able to sell the solution to other agency's.
For this reason you might want to work with an experience CRM consultant who
can quickly determine your needs and make a recommendation.
