I am working with my Marketing department to get them to a higher level with
regard to email campaigns, tracking metrics, etc.
What third party tools are available that anyone has used and is satisfied
with or heard good results?
Also what are your thoughts about what Microsoft may be doing to beef up its
Marketing module in Titan? Should we consider waiting until after more
specifics are released?

I would wait until Microsoft announces the titan feature set. However titan
is still a relatively long way out so if you cannot wait check out
www.eloqua.com to start with
