Hi Aami,
Did you check the synchronization rules for CRM in Outlook. make sure
you have rules setup for what data that you would like to bring down.
you can find the setting on the Microsoft CRM menu in outlook.
Hope this helps!

Hi Aami,
Ensure the SQL server and Agent services are started and set to auto start
on the remote/laptop client.

Are you looking for your own data or that of others (such as test data)?
Within Outlook, go to Menu CRM -> Local Data. Ensure that the data you want
to sync is within those queries.
For instance, by default - it will not sync ALL data, just yours.

hey
you are right , the reason why i was unable to see all data because of
i was not the owner of accounts or contacts . I can only see my
activities.
I thought with the administration role , one can view all data
.
thanks guys for input.

I thought so too Aami. Does anyone have any ideas on how to work around
this? I'd rather not be the owner of all records.

Under the CRM menu option in Outlook, create a new Local Data query. The
defaults are all "My..."
