Although couple of our users have sales role but they still get the
error while sending e-mail through crm

" The logged on user doesnt have approprite security priviliges to view
the records or perform specfic action. If you still want to send e-mail
click yes , e-mail will be sent out but corresponding activities will
not be created in crm".


user is not in restricted access mode.

any idea

Sounds like a user is trying to send email to a record for which they do not
have view or append to privileges in their security role.
