Not able to Track

We are having problems when attempting to connect emails from Outlook to
CRM.

The message we receive is:

"The logged-on user does not have the appropriate security permissions to
view these records or perform the specific action. Try this action again. If
the problem continues..."

The users is accessing the Outlook client through Terminal Server. This
error occurs with all emails we attempt to Track.

We are using CRM Professional, Version 4, Outlook Client on a Desktop

We have verified that other users in the same role are NOT having the same
issue.

On terminal sever , track in CRM works slow but never seen any error .

Give a user "administrator" role and ask him /her to track the emails
and see if he /she gets the error . if user does get the error then it
is not the matter of security . Try to send the user simple mail
without attachment .
