Not sending emails, please help

I have CRM on a box with SQL. Exchange server on another box.
Installed Exchange-CRM email router on the Exchange server.

So I try to send email through CRM and I get an error. In the event
log of the CRM/SQL server I get this:

If you check the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM\mailse rverurl
on your CRM Server you'll see that it refers to an SRF
file in a virtual directory on the Exchange Server.
Track down the actual folder this relates to on the
Exchange Server and make sure that you have set up
appropriate permissions. We had the same problem, and
found that the CRM server didn't have permissions to see
this folder. You can confirm this by typing the URL
contained in the registry key into IE where you will
probably get an access denied error.
