I have noticed everytime I go to the Notes Section in CRM 4 it has the green
"thinking" symbol. Lately it never goes away and keeps "thinking" to load
that section. I use that section alot for attachments for the sales team. I
noticed that if you press attachment, pick something to attach, press ok,
then delete it shows up to add whatever it is that I need to add. Is there
any way for the green symbol just to not show up or automatically load this
section instead of me having to press attachment everytime to make it go away?

I have the same problem. It is really annoying....
Have you tried to contact Microsoft about this problem?
