Odd error on Exchange server with router installed

We are getting this error (see below), but our CRM application seems to be
running fine. Any thoughts on how to fix it?

#6511 - An error occurred while checking the e-mail message with subject
"Administrator Alert: Symantec Mail Security detected a message with an
encrypted attachment
(SYM:31610039282436354592)" in mailbox crmadmin@domain.com for delivery to
http://crm/Domain. System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was
unable to process request.
