i can't go offline using sales for outlook. I get this
error: "an unknown error occurred. Retry the action. If
the problem persists, contact your system administrator."

Hi ,

Try this,

Please Unregister Msxml3.dll by regsvr32 msxml3.dll /u
and regiter MSXML4.dll regsvr32 msxml4.dll

or Reinstall msxml 4 xml parser[availble in CD-1]

Now I get "CRM sales for outlook cannot go offline. The logged on user does

When synchronizing or going Offline with the Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook
Client, you may receive the following error message:

An unknown error has occurred, contact your system administrator.

Potential Cause

The user is not a local administrator on their machine or the local
administrator rights have been limited.



Add the user as a local administrator on their machine.

Steps to add the user as a local administrator on their machine:

1. Right-click on My computer | select Manage | Local users and groups.

2. Right-click on groups and open the Administrators group.

3. Make sure the user is a member of the Administrators group.

4. If the user is not a member of the Administrators group, click add and
select the user from the list.

5. Relaunch the Outlook Client and attempt to go Offline
