i can't go offline using sales for outlook. I get this
error: "an unknown error occurred. Retry the action. If

This may be an option to try for your "Unknown Error"

1. On the SQL server go to Enterprise Manager (Start | Programs | SQL
| Enterprise Manager).

2. Expand the SQL Server Group | Computer Name | Replication Monitor |
Publishers | Computer Name.

3. Select CRMMetaPub-Organization_Name_METABASE:Organization_Name_METAB ASE.

4. In the right hand pane you should see Snapshot. Verify the status
of the agent. If the Status does not say Succeeded, right click on the
Snapshot and choose Start Agent.

5. Select CRMPub-Organization_Name_MSCRM:Organization_Name_MSCRM.

6. In the right hand pane you should see Snapshot. Verify the status
of the agent. If the Status does not say Succeeded, right click on the
Snapshot and choose Start Agent.

Thanks for the reply. I think you are correct about my
problem synchronizing. When I go to the CRMPub in the
replication monitor, it says that it failed because there
is "no merge publication named CRMPub-Organization
Name_MSCRM".
I looked in the publications and it is not there. How do
I recreate this?
