Offline sync error

I have a serious problem, a customer has made alot of work offline and now
isn't able to sync the data, but can still go online, the changes made
offline just won't sync.
I've seen this a couple of times before, but there we just deleted the
offline data, but this time the salesperson made so much work that this
isnt't a possible solution !

Can anyone please help me out here !
