Hi,
i have a big problem, when i try to open a quote microsoft crm return this
error:

Microsoft CRM Platform Error Report:
Error Description:
Eccezione da HRESULT: 0x80040E31.

Error Details:
Details on this error have not been provided by the platform.

Does this happen with all quotes or only certain ones? If only certain
ones, how where those quotes created? Quote go through a price recal when
they are opened, so if there is a problem with the associated price data,
this could happen.

This problem obtains when same quote is reopen after 4/5 time.

This error is present only when a quote is composed by a lot of product
while this problem not obtains where we have a quote is composed by less 10
product.

Any idea?

There is a hotfix available that might help (sorry, not sure the number).
But, I know there is one that is related to pricing that might fix this.
When you display the record, it tries to re-calc the price and that can take
awhile. The hotfix speeds that up.
