I've got the following problem: If I open an attachment from an email in my
CRM 3.0 and I select the attachment, a Pop-Up opens and asks me if I want to
open, save or abort the attachment. Is there the possibility to open the
attachment directly? (without Pop-Up).
I can change document settings under the Windows Explorer but the changes
are only applied to the Internet Explorer but not to my CRM.
Are there any additional settings in CRM 3.0?

I hope somebody knows a solution
