Opportunity | Activities | Sales Process Error

Created and applied new sales process.

After creating opportunity, the tasks associated with the first stage in the
process appear as expected at Opportunity | Activities. Howeve, an error
appears at Opportunity | Activities | Sales Process. Instead of seeing the
status of the stages & tasks as expected, this error appears-

I've carefully compared this sales process with others that behave as
expected but unable to determine the problem.
