outlook 2007 problem with crm

Hi,

After I installed the crm client for outlook 2007 I have problems with
outlook. If outlook is started and CRM is "loaded" I click on another folder
and nothing happens. Outlook behaves if it is getting the contents of the
folder but this lasts for minutes and minutes. the contents isn't showed. If
I close the client everything is OK.

Anyone seen this before? I installed SP1 for office 2007.

I had this issue with some outlook clients as well

There is a hotfix that MS has put out for Outlook and CRM 4.0

KB948041 - it is unpublished but if you contact MS they will send it to you.
I just did it myself

Michael,

MS KB948041 seems to be published on march 11, 2008. that is before you
posted your solution. According to MS this KB is an update to the helpfiles.
Is this really the hotfix you are referring to?
