Hey guys

I'm running Sales for Outlook 2003 with MSCRM 1.2 on Windows 2003 SBS
I'm exploring the functionality of SFO, but I keep having problems. I
I click "Promote E-mail to CRM Activity," Outlook dies. If I try to d
anything else involving CRM, i.e. "CRM Task", It tells me "An erro
occured while trying to synchronize the task information to th
Microsoft CRM system.

Where can I look to start troubleshooting this? All users hav
licenses and can access CRM through IE.

Have you installed Sales for Outlook on the CRM server?
