- Outlook cannot go online

The specified domain either does not exist or could not
be contacted
But it works fine in the browser, if I change the registry key for rcoffline
it is back online and working but next time going offline it can't go back
online ??
Any ideas

Jack,
Check to see if the user you are logged into has a security role that allows
the "Go Offline" privilege. this can be found in specific role on the
Business Management Tab. You can get there either by opening the user,
Clicking the Roles item in the left navigation pane and double-clicking on
the role the user has.
