CRM 4 Outlook Client

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue where users who set one of the CRM folders in
Outlook as a Favorite lose that folder.

Example: Users select the CRM Account folder as a favorite
Outlook adds that folder to their favorites list
The folder is no longer listed as a favorite later that day or the next day.

Has anyone come across a fix for this issue?
