Hi,

We have Office 2003 SP2 installed on Win2k3 SP1 in application mode
terminal services.
I tried every suggestion in this forum in order to install outlook crm
client.

Are there any step-by-step instructions?
For example where I can find terminstall.cmd mentioned in these posts?

go to microsoft.com/downloads and search under microsoft cmr for the
terminal server install components
