Hello

When an email comes in to this person's Outlook folder and she completes the
regarding field and click "Track in CRM" or when an email comes in with an
existing GUID, the email is not attached to the contact/case, etc. in CRM 3.0.

What is puzzling to me is that everyone else in her group with the same
security roles and same settings, is able to do this.

Does anyone have any ideas what would be the issue?
