- outlook installation failed, and reinstall doesn't work!!!
- Posted by Jéjé on March 6th, 2004
Hi,
I've just try to install the outlook client
The installation has failed.
Now when I try to reinstall it, the system detect that CRM is allready
installed, but there is nothing! the product is NOT installed.
If I try to uninstall it (from the msi file) the setup says: the product is
not installed!
so... I can't do anything now!
any idea?
thanks.
Jerome.

ok
I've found the solution: removing the MSCRM key in the registry.
But my installation process failed again with a "fatal error"
where can I have more information?
