Outlook Sync error - Library not Registered

When trying to sync CRM to Outlook 2003, I bomb out with the following error:
An unknown error occurred while synchronizing data to outlook.
Library not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0.8002801D
(TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTEREED))

Doing some searches, not finding anything too helpful. This worked before,
but its been a couple of weeks, and I probably installed and removed things
inbetween. Should I reinstall the outlook client?
