I have the same problem. I installed crm with this client for the 4th time because of problems and 2 other times i managed to install the sfo and now it just doesnt let me. weird if anyone knows...

I actually was able to resolve this issue by taking the apostrophe out of the user's name. Appears that it couldn't parse the ' in the XML statement. Funny. Hope this helps. "Bill" wrote:
