I have finally passed my exam, 4th time lucky.
I got 72, 70,78 and 82% in each of the exam. I am curios,
if anyone else had a similar difficulty with the exams?

Could you explain why the exams are hard? i have to take 3 crm exams and
keep hearing about how difficult they are... Is it that the reading material
doesnt prepare you enough...?
Cheers

Congratulation
Yes, it's very hard.
I have 50% (without study, only Elearning), 70% With a
very good study. And I want to try again but I'm effraid
to failed again.
Personnally, I think the question is not very clear, some
time, it's too general question and could be interpreted
on two different way.
I have until september to pass, I will continue to study
and try again...

I found that the best thing you can do is contact MBS and get the training
materials for the full blown course. I did this for the customization exam
and found that virtually everything i needed to study was in the exam. One
frustration is some questions exactly reference phrases in the training
guides so if i had not thoroughly read it I would have failed thos
questions.

I passed application on friday (84%) and the next exam will be
customization.
I have the official training material, but you have to work with the program
if you want to pass (my opinion).

Once I had memorized the platform components, The Columns
in workflow, the Objects that can be workflowed, the SDK
hierachy (2 levels) etc.. the exam got alot easier. Read
the notes (very important), and make sure you understand
how views are different to associated views, advanced
search views, etc...
Make sure you know off by heart all the lists of data
throughout the Training Manual....

How does one contact MBS to get these materials?
A phone call?
An email?
A carrier pigeon?
I plan to sit the exams this month and any help would be much appreciated.
