I have a user that is importing text from an email and then pasting it into
the email field within CRM. Also within that field they are manually typing
in some notes.
The user will highlight all of the text, both what was pasted from another
email and what they manually typed in. Then the user will change the font
and the font size to whatever they want to change it to. The problem is that
only what was manually typed into the data field changes, but not what was
pasted in from an email.
For some reason what was pasted in from the email does not change. This
happens with multiple emails. Does anyone have any ideas why the pasted text
does not change? I have another user who can change both font and size with
no trouble. It sounds like a rights issue. If so, where in CRM
administration would I be able correct this to allow the user to be able to
change imported text. Thanks. Mike H.
