- Permissions error
- Posted by Tareef A. on September 26th, 2005
Hello,
I just installed CRM v1.2, it installed without errors. When I open
deployment manager, I get a not "sufficient access rights" error like I have
seen others post. If I try to login to the web, I get the same. I am using
the account that installed it, how do I grant premission to the admin account?
Thanks.

In order to use the DM, you need to have a valid Role and a valid License in
the CRM.
But in order to get into just the app itself, you can log in as the user you
installed as (it needs neither a role or a license), so you should be ok
there.
Are you sure the CRM Security Service is running?
