Does anyone know the address format for the Phone Call edit screen?
I can deduce some of the fields, but was wondering what the others
mean:

&pName= <Readable name of the 'Regarding' object>
&partyid= <Guid of the 'Call Recipient' object>

&partycode= < ? >
&partyaddressused= < ? >
&contactInfo= < Phone number called >

Can anyone shed some light on this?
