I have picklist values that I am trying to synch between two entities but
one has some used sequence numbers that were deleted. I'd like to use them
again so that my numbers match up, is this possible. I've already considered
making blank values and moving one of the ranges up but I'd rather gain back
those lost ids.

Hi Ryan,

You will need to delete and re-create the picklist or use blank values to
sync both the lists. I don't think there is a supported way of getting back
the deleted sequence numbers.
