Hi

I have custom picklist fields on the case, most of them are Yes/Not values.
Now I select a value e.g. Yes and save and close the case, If I open the case
for editing and choose No this time it does not save the edited case when I
open the case again, it still has the original Yes value.

What am I doing wrong, I'm a newbie by the way.
