Hello,

I have two questions :

Is there a way to open a pop-up alert that would appear to a user screen
when an activity is added to a queue ?

Is it possible to use the PostURL function of the workflow to hit a custom
service or Microsoft’s service to initiate an MSN or AIM messenger alert when
certain events are triggered (creation of an entity for instance) ?
