Gabby,

Assuming that they have CRM open, one option is to have the default view be
Activities.

This is set by going to the Navigation Pane on the left, clicking on
Personalize Workplace, select the General tab, and then setting the default
Pane and Tab.

Once this is set, whenever the user logs in to CRM, the first screen they
will see is the Activities.

That's all I can think of at this point, without doing some coding.

Thanks for the quick reply , furthermore is there a bidirectional sync
between excchange\pop3 based outlook 2k3 and higher and the CRM system so
that pop ups will pop up ?
is that means the user will maintain different calendars personal and CRM's
?
thanks

Gabby,

As far as I know, there is no bidectional synch for popups/alerts.

However, one option you have for users without Outlook is to use a
third-party add-on such as Group Calendar from c360
(http://www.c360.com/GroupCalendar.aspx).
