Possibility to analyze users

Is there a possibility in Microsoft CRM to analyze actions of a users for a week (for example). I found only reports that show me the list of users (I mean sales), but not what they did for this week.

There is an Actity report that will show you the activities created. I don't
think there is one that groups by users though. It would be easy to modify one
of the supplied reports to display the information with a different grouping.

If you create a new report to show that information, then they can see it.

Ok, may be.

I thought that there could be a planning system. So that a manager could see
what sales persons did this week & say them what to do next week. Something like
that.

But as I can see, there's no such possibility? Manager can see what activities
were made with the customer. But not what a sales person did for a period. Yes?
