when preparing a quote, the quote returned the correct price but did not
reflect the quantity discount that was set up in Discount Lists. a manual
override works! Where could I look to see what I did wrong when setting up
the Discounts, Groups & Price Lists?

There has been alot of discussion about this issue. The word back from MSFT
is that this is functioning as Designed.
