- print line item quote?

Is it possible to print a quote with the line items on it? Once again, I
feel extremely dense, but can't seem to find it.

Hi Matt,
This can be done through the CRM Outlook Client. Here are the OL client steps:
In the OL Client:
* Open a quote
* File-->Print Quote for Customer
(MS Word opens with a Mail Merge Tab at this point)
* Select "Mail Merge" tab
* Select "Quote" template
* Select the line items from the next Mail Merge dialog that shows up (LineItem_Product has the name of the line item product)
* At the bottom of the "Mail Merge" task pane on the Right-hand-side of the document, click "Next: Preview your directory"
(Here one can cycle through the selected line items by traversing through "<<" and ">>" buttons, select more line items, remove some line items etc)
* At the bottom right side, click "Next: Complete the Merge"
* Click "To New Document" on the task pane
The quote template can be configured to add/remove data and fields. More templates can be added and formatted as any other MS Word Template.
Hope this helps.
