- Problem assigning queue

Hi all.
Installed the new v3 on mscrm and trying to get the queue workig myusing the
rule deployment tool. We have an email user that has an email address of
support@ourdomain.com and setup a queue with the same email address. However
when we run the deployment rule is says it cant find that email address. if
I change the email address to an internal user e.g
support@internaldomainname.com it finds the user. Any ideas????? The upns
have been setup for our internal domain name and external domain name.
