- Problem with CRM lookup from Outlook

When I create a new email and select "to" and addresses from the CRM system
it seems that I do not have access to all the records in the database. Is
there some sort of filter on these addresses? I find that new contacts or
leads that I enter are not showing up here

Simon,
I'm assuming tghat these leads and Contacts all have e-mail
addresses?? If they don't then they wont be displayed.

That message appears when the CRM address book list hasn't downloaded from
the CRM server yet. If you have a large number of leads, you'll need to
leave your Outlook client open for a while for all of the data to sync.
It's an all or nothing ordeal. Until they all sync down you won't see any.
