I am unable to open the system settings tab in the Organization settings. Am
getting the following error "An error occured for more information contact
your system administrator"

Hi,

Can't help you much from the error message you just posted. You need
to enable DEV error in the web.config file. After you enable it, it
will give you a better error description. After you post that error
message, it will be easier for the people in this to help.
