1. I like to display the owning business unit in my lits of opportunities.
How can i make this field visible in the opportunity form and the lists?

2. i also want to work with this important field in the workflow manager.

example: if user xx creates a lead or opportunity with the owning business
unit xx than send a mail to user xx.....

can anyone please help me?
